Gut Buster Boot Camp® Unlike most fitness apps that merely suggest traditional workouts and track what you do, this app TELLS you exactly WHAT to do, WHEN to do it, and HOW to do it, in just 25 minute workouts.

Body weight and cardio exercises rarely get you fit! Ever notice how after just a few weeks of exercises like running, aerobics, Zumba, outdoor boot camps and others you stop seeing changes? That is because they focus on the symptom of the problem - fat. Most body weight exercises can only reduce your fat by 10lbs total, and from then on they become a maintenance program. Once you stop doing them, the 10lbs come back, plus another 10lbs to boot!

Restoring lost muscle is the solution. The average person loses up to a pound of muscle from age 20 to age 40, so their metabolism slows down. Metabolism refers to how many calories your body burns each day before exercise. The more muscle you lose, the fatter you get!

Women’s bodies are designed to burn around 2,000 calories per day at age 20. Most women lose up to 12 lbs of muscle from age 20 to age 40, reducing their metabolism to burning just 1200 calories per day. A 40 year old woman would have to run around 3 hours per day to burn the extra 800 calories. Or they can do the Gut Buster Boot Camp® three times per week for 25 minutes to build and restore the 12 lbs of muscle lost over time, and the muscle will then burn the extra calories! Which would you rather do?

To restore 12 lbs of muscle would take most people 36 months working out on their own in a gym, or 24 months with a personal trainer, or 4 – 6 months using the Gut Buster Boot Camp®

Weight circuit training is a combination of cardio and weight training that simulates athletic activity. Football teams have found that players trained on a weight circuit can play around 3 quarters before tiring while those trained on free weights tire in 1.5 quarters, so naturally the coaches are now using weight circuits to keep the A team in longer!

It’s a timed workout instead of one that is based on the number of repetitions you perform. In traditional weight lifting, people usually do a set of 10 reps, then rest, do another set of 10 reps, rest and one final set of 10 reps. Since there is only room for around 3 people in most gyms in the free weight area, you must share time with others so it takes around 90 minutes to do a full body workout of 3 sets of 10 reps. 97% of people doing 90 minute workouts quit within 90 days. People doing the 25 minute Gut Buster Boot Camp® have averaged working out 23.3 months!

Use it at any gym. This workout can be done with either dumbbells or weight machines in most gyms. We suggest the use of weight machines since the weights can be moved up in small increments and they are usually less crowded in most gyms. This app shows the proper form for each exercise, what weights to start on, what sets to do, and when to change machines. It is a timed workout where you work on a machine for around 90 seconds, then move to the next machine, regardless of how many reps you have performed.

Will it work in my gym? Most gyms have similar equipment, so you can match the equipment in the app to what you find in your gym. Take pics of the equipment and we may create a workout specifically for that location!
